Laptop kits: preparation and shipping
I prepare, clean, configure and test each laptop myself. Please allow five business days before shipment. Shipping transit comes after that preparation time.
I ship from Melissa, Texas. Website kit prices include USPS Ground Advantage shipping to all 50 states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. I do not ship to US territories or international destinations.
Returns
I do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order does not arrive, is damaged or is not as described, please contact me. This policy does not take away your rights under applicable consumer law or eligible PayPal Purchase Protection.
For an eBay purchase, use the return or problem-reporting process attached to that order.
Used laptop condition
Each listing explains the laptop’s condition and what’s included. These are used laptops, so models, cosmetic condition and signs of wear can vary. Read the description and image captions, and ask me if you would like a closer look before choosing.

Basic and Custom work are quoted individually. Contact me before purchasing or shipping a laptop so we can agree on compatibility, scope, price and a work slot. The service has its own shipping and preparation arrangements; the laptop-kit terms above do not apply.
