Returns and problems with an order
I do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order does not arrive, is damaged or is not as described, please contact me so I can help. This policy does not take away your rights under applicable consumer law or eligible PayPal Purchase Protection.
Email [email protected] or call 262-770-5288. Include your order number, a brief description of the problem and useful photographs if available. Please contact me before sending a return so we can arrange the next steps and return address. Do not send a laptop to an address you have not confirmed with me.
For an earlier eBay purchase, use the return or problem-reporting process attached to that order.
Mail-in software setup
Basic and Custom jobs are quoted individually. Before you purchase or ship your laptop, we agree on the work, price, available slot and diagnostic or return handling if the job cannot be completed. The service is for the contiguous United States. You pay for tracked inbound shipping; standard return shipping is included in the agreed service price.
