Your information at CustomVectors
I run CustomVectors in Melissa, Texas. If you contact me, I use the information you send to answer your question and help with your laptop or order. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information in screenshots.
Using the website
This website uses essential cookies for login, security and the shopping cart. Cart contents and information you enter for a shipping estimate can be stored in a temporary website session. You can clear cookies in your browser, but login and cart functions may stop working.
Cloudflare helps deliver and protect this website. It processes connection information such as IP addresses and browser requests. Restricted technical logs may record errors so I can maintain the site. I have not added advertising trackers, marketing analytics or a mailing-list signup.
Orders and payments
Online checkout is temporarily unavailable. When ordering is available, the information needed to process an order includes your contact details, delivery address and purchased items. PayPal handles payment details through its own service; this website does not ask you to send me card details. Read PayPal’s privacy statement for how it handles information.
Information needed to deliver an order is shared with the shipping carrier. Email conversations are handled through my email provider. I do not sell customer information.
Questions and requests
Email me at [email protected] or call 262-770-5288 if you want to ask about, correct or request removal of your information. Some records may need to be kept for completed orders, disputes or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Please contact me before sending a laptop so we can agree on access and handling of the files on it.
